Bachelor of Physiotherapy – Monash University

Australian Physiotherapy Association – Member

DMA Clinical Pilates – Instructor

Sarah joined the team at Through Life Physiotherapy in early 2018, after working for three and half years at Latrobe Regional Hospital. Working in a large rural hospital has allowed Sarah to develop a broad range of physiotherapy skills. With experience in Orthopaedics, Rehabilitation, Maternity, Acute Medical and ICU she appreciates how physiotherapy empowers people at any age or stage of their recovery. Throughout her career, Sarah has led many exercise classes and hydrotherapy groups, she is excited to be able to expand on these skills with Clinical Pilates and Hydrotherapy at Through Life Physiotherapy. Sarah’s skills in acute sports injury management and rehabilitation have been cultivated working as a Sports Trainer at Mornington Football Club and volunteering on the Great Victorian Bike Ride.

Sarah is passionate about health across the world and recently volunteered in the Philippines for three months, using her skills as a physiotherapist to empower people to pursue health. She is excited to return to work closer to home, in a practice where she can care for her community and extend her Physiotherapy skills in musculoskeletal, neurological, paediatrics and women’s health conditions.

Sarah grew up in Gippsland on her family farm and loves to escape to the bush hiking or camping. More locally, she enjoys cycling, photography and getting involved in her local church.

The Through Life Team is here to look after all your physiotherapy, rehabilitation and exercise needs.
